Jason Morjain
CEOJason “JJ” Morjain serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Dragonfly Investments, a company specializing in real estate acquisitions and debt financing. Since its establishment in 2013, Jason has been instrumental in overseeing acquisitions and debt financing totaling over $400 million in commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial assets. Drawing on his extensive background in real estate, Jason is responsible for leading the underwriting and analysis of Dragonfly’s real estate transactions.
Before co-founding Dragonfly Investments, Jason held a prominent role at Beacon Investment Properties, which is now known as Accesso Partners. During his tenure, he was appointed Acquisitions Manager and was responsible for spearheading the acquisition of more than 3 million square feet of office buildings across the United States. He later assumed the role of asset manager for all Florida properties in Beacon’s portfolio. Prior to his work at Beacon and Dragonfly Investments, Jason worked as a mortgage broker with City First Mortgage in 2006 and was involved in property management with Rok Enterprises in 2004 and 2005.
Jason holds a real estate agent and mortgage broker license and graduated from the University of Maryland in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He also attended The Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University’s real estate program. In addition to his real estate work, Jason is actively involved in philanthropic activities and serves on the board of multiple organizations. He also holds a position on the Advisory Board at Nova Southeastern University’s MSRED program.
Irving Weisselberger
CFOIrving Weisselberger is the CFO and Managing Partner at Dragonfly Investments, a leading real estate investment firm. As a third-generation real estate investor and developer, Irving has a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of success.
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Irving and his family relocated to South Florida in 2001. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Science in accounting from the H Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
In 2013, Irving co-founded Dragonfly Investments to acquire commercial, residential, and industrial assets. Since its inception, the company has acquired over 200 residential/multifamily properties, over 5 million square feet of retail, and 250,000+ square feet of industrial. The company is also actively developing affordable and workforce housing to meet the growing demand for accessible housing options.
As CFO and Managing Partner, Irving is responsible for leading Dragonfly Investments’ financial and strategic operations. He brings his expertise in accounting, finance, and real estate development to every project, ensuring the company’s continued success and growth.

Julie Quittner
Director of OperationsJulie Quittner is the Director of Operations at Dragonfly Investments and a third-generation real estate professional. As one of the founding members of Dragonfly, Julie has played an integral role in ensuring the company runs smoothly by bringing and maintaining strong relationships with both current and new investors.
In addition to her work with investors, Julie is also involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, working in asset management and overseeing that it gets properly communicated to investors. She assists in underwriting and curating deals, ensuring that all transactions meet the high standards of Dragonfly Investments.
Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida and holds a Florida Real Estate license. Prior to joining Dragonfly, she managed and closed multiple commercial and residential transactions. With her extensive experience and dedication to real estate, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team at Dragonfly Investments.
Amanda De Seta
Head of Development at Dragonfly InvestmentsAmanda De Seta is the Head of Development at Dragonfly Investments, a leading real estate investment firm. With over 15 years of experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial real estate development, Amanda has established herself as an expert in both historic renovations and new construction, with a focus on innovative high-end design in both the starter home sector and the high-end luxury market.
As Head of Development, Amanda is responsible for leading Dragonfly Investments’ entitlement, development, and construction efforts. She brings her expertise in project management, acquisition, and financial projection to every project, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the development process.
Prior to joining Dragonfly Investments, Amanda founded and owned LointerHome, an established residential real estate development company in Los Angeles, Southeastern Pennsylvania and Miami. Her focus on preserving the original design intent of each structure and finding redeeming, genuine qualities to bring back to life has earned her numerous accolades, including the American Institute of Architects’ top prize for excellence in Renovation and Addition.
