Our diverse portfolio includes retail centers, primarily focused on grocery anchors and discounters, office spaces, storage facilities, institutional-quality warehouse and industrial properties, historic buildings, hospitality establishments, and vacant land under development. In addition to growing our current real estate portfolio, we actively pursue acquisition opportunities involving notes, mortgages, and investments in the prop-tech space. Dragonfly's ability to underwrite sophisticated and complex transactions enables us to move swiftly in acquiring them.

The combination of our experienced underwriting, self-funding, and in-house legal counsel allows us to close major transactions efficiently. Moreover, our independence from institutional funds empowers Dragonfly to offer creative solutions and act quickly. Some notable family accomplishments include being the major stockholder of a local community bank for over 20 years, being one of the largest landlords in Downtown Miami since the 1980s, and the purchase of over $500 million in distressed debt from 2008 to 2013.
